Dear Beefsteak tomato seedling. I really hope you make me big frikkin’ slabs of red drippy goodness for burgers in August. Yours, the guy who planted you five days ago and now has to water you for six months. Not trying to guilt you out or anything but a deal’s a deal. Right? Right!?!?

Ignore those soggy sun rays. We have sunshine this evening at the tap. Including Red Mild 6% and Los Cubanos with Havana Ham (not a thing but it aliterates) Unit 25 Merretts Mills GL55EX. 🍻

Well that's all the barrels filled this year. We've two filled with 2 batches of red mild for our solera style thing in a Madeira/red and a whisky/cider barrel which might be a thing eventually. An obligatory export porter in a Whisky Puncheon and an unhopped spontaneous thing which might be a thing
