While finding new games to record for YouTube I came across the greatest untapped potential concept ever for arcades-an arcade game that is all about...arcade games! Game Tengoku: The Game Paradise aka "The Game Paradise Master of Shooting!" A 1995 Jaleco game that brilliantly parodies the company!

I don't know if I'll be able to go this year as I'll have just gotten back and recovering from a cruise in Japan, but all #pinball fans in California and the US take note of this! One of CA's biggest & best events is set for 2025! If you can attend be sure to do so, it will be an awesome event!

It actually was a computer, a Commodore 64. This was before the NES (early 1980s) and I was in elementary school at the time, of course I no longer have it but it was special as the first computer I had and it could play a lot of arcade games (floppy disk trading) and good early PC games too

My family's last cat lived to almost 20 before she crossed the rainbow bridge in spring 2020, I really thought she would outlive me and thus inherit my retirement income (which is still 17-18 years away). Until her last couple weeks she wouldn't let me go to work each day until I fed her

Now that I think I'm nearing the end of this game (excluding the Season Pass content, you have to finish the main game first to unlock it), I think this will be a future Free Play Extended Play series for my YouTube channel. The original FF is still one of my fave RPGs and this is a worthy prequel

Gonna be heading back to Lost Wages (Las Vegas) for a couple days in February, wonder if the casino arcades still have #pinball machines like this one?
(I do hope to go back to the awesome Pinball Hall Of Fame at the end of the Strip but may not have time, only there for 2 days)

Having just recorded the gameplay for YouTube I think it's time to go back and revisit on its 30th Anniversary the movie that truly began the "movies based on video games usually suck" genre...good old Double Dragon! (They're not all bad! The live-action Sonic ones were quite good, as was Pixels)
