That urgent action should be Labour deciding to fund employment for the thousands of unemployed GPs rather than faffing around with Pharmacy first and PAs and ARRS and everything but actually allowing people to see a doctor in primary care

Sometimes it's quite obvious when reviewing applications that people's hearts are not in a particular specialty (in fact one interviewee for haem kept giving answers related to renal, genuinely I think had forgotten which specialty panel they were in front of that day!)

I will never forget a dude turning up in VT (not his first episode) having finished his curry and 6 pints of beer first ("I thought it might just stop"). Selling that to the anaesthetist so I could cardiovert was "fun"

Similar with GOSH in Britain when we are in the midlands and treating many of the same conditions either in local hospitals or with super specialists at Birmingham Children's Hospital

I did a placement with my dad and his colleagues who I had known forever, called them all Dr/Mr Whatever, including my dad, embraced the weirdness!!
