When I moved to Troy, NY it was for an intentional shift of lifestyle and to heal from burnout. I love it here. And slowing myself down, traveling less and less... has not been easy however it has been a valuable experience.

Majority of my life I was traveling over 50% of days out of the year. It was both a way of coping emotionally with being someone who never "fit in," and it was my way of moving my various careers forward because I would go where the work demanded and required both for night and day jobs
