He was taught to hate by his parents. Typically by the father and reinforced by the mother by her inaction to stop the teaching of and behavior of her husband. That’s still no excuse.

Why would they possibly do that? If you are on the LV Strip, his hotel is about a mile off the strip and doesn’t even look that appealing a place to go to anyway. Besides, he can’t even get a gaming license in the state of Nevada, probably because of his previous casino bankruptcies!
