White blood cell (WBC) cast in a #UrinarySediment specimen treated with Prescott-Brodie stain (aka Mohty stain pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...). WBC turn blue. Note that phase contrast allows better🔬of the cast matrix. Case of C3 glomerulonephritis. #UrineMicroscopy #PisseProphet
