We went to see Plexus Polaire’s production of Moby Dick at the Barbican the week. It was visually stunning and clearly very skilled but I have mixed feelings. I felt distanced from the story and its messages, ultimately a little confused. However, I’m happy that we went.

I think this is such an exciting initiative. I’m looking forward to being involved this year.

I think this is such an exciting initiative. I’m looking forward to being involved this year.
My neighbour’s flat caught on fire yesterday. It was a pretty scary experience but the emergency response was speedy and sensitive. From the woman on the 999 call to the fire and other services that responded, as a society, we are lucky to have people like this to help. Thankfully no one was hurt.

Since starting my new job, my curiosity to try new spirits, wines and drinks in general has been reawakened. My new habit is looking up products on our company website to see if they appear and the favourite so far is Masons Yorkshire Gin Tea Edition. Consumed with good friend’s in N. Yorkshire.
