Took the evening to listen to the DragonLance podcast and organize my deck building table. I have not been able to do much in the way of Tai Chi or other practice from a shoulder/mid back injury that flared up, so it was nice to at least get something tangible done. Sometimes you just have to rest.

My dad is the best, and procured a few more quince to make Membrillo! Now to wait for them to ripen, and we can begin the long an wholly worthwhile process. Manchego is in the fridge, ready for that glorious day.

Started some pickle chips out of the cucumbers I grew with garden herbs, chile, and garlic. Also started the overnight salting of Chinese cabbage and green cabbage for another batch of kimchi. Pics mañana, when I will try to get my cider bottled as well!

The Walls of Ba Sing Se is an incredible defender, capable of blocking any #MTG creature.
This makes sense, because ancient Chinese walls were DENSE. Linzi (859 BC) had walls averaging 80 feet thick which could easily stop cannon fire. In contrast, European walls were generally only 6 feet thick.
