Just a large scale SIM gateway operation. Hardware is cheap and from China. Business model is usually renting out SIMs with numbers for SMS based service registration, mobile call bridging to VoIP and spam. SIMs are swapped out regularly for fresh numbers. Consequence of "phone-number is identity".

Verstösst das nicht gegen das Verbot der Datenherausgabe für Inspruchnahme eine Dienstleistung? Die Notwendigkeit dürfte eher schwer begründbar sein.

The sound people describe and what can be heard / analysed from videos is lower frequency than the optimal LRAD transmission frequency spectrum (1-3kHz). From the manual, they pre-process sound files to remove low frequency content before playing.

Does your synchronisation assume that the event occurred at all positions at the same time? Or did you recover actual time stamps from the vidoes? I think it is more plausible it traveled with about 80-90m/s north to south down the road.

Die haben da eine relativ sorgfältige Abschottung in der Firmenstruktur, US-Geschäft ist rechtlich komplett separat.

Glasschneider, kleiner Hammer und Blechschere sind traditionell angewendet gute Instrumente dafür.

(und ja, man müsste dann wohl den Quatsch mit den Landeslisten aufgeben und bundesweite Listen machen und nicht ein CSU-Sonderlocken-Wahlsystem konstruieren)
