Delhi, Day 1 – Dosa, rickshaws, many, many bookshops, and women-only metro carriages, where the badass ladies of Delhi won’t hesitate to boot out any bloke trying to sneak his way in.

Very lucky to be clocking off today from ActionAid to head to North India for the rest of the year. 2024 has been a painful whirlwind—fighting for truly a decolonised humanitarian sector right now takes courage, resilience & commitment. Stick to your values, keep challenging the system.

I wrote about something deeply personal, 'The Radical Possibility of Family Beyond Romance'. It's taken me 20 years to write this piece and think about everything within it properly, so it starts with me and ends with all of us, and I hope you enjoy it.
