They have a small number of their own stores with extremely lovely staff. Sadly not one in Oxford, there is a small one in Spitalfields and a nice store in Cambridge.
Hush would be my other brand recommendation, they are available in most John Lewis stores now.

Lucy & Yak. Really great quality, great choice of fabrics/prints, comfy and flattering for curvy hips.

Lush does excellent solid shampoo. Seanick is my favourite, makes my hair super soft and shiny. Worth buying a tin for storage first time you buy one.
