Should I sell Foden or Son for Palmer? Is a -4 for Trent worth it or just play a bench player? Noting that downgrading Trent frees funds for Saka in GW13. Thoughts on any defender worth a -4?

I was considering wildcarding this GW but I believe GW14 looks like the best time for my team.
The only issue? It’s a midweek gameweek so there’s less time to react to GW13 info.
Anyone else debating when to wildcard? Let me know your thoughts
