I actually cried during Hereditary because the family dynamic was so familiar. It was more of a horrific family drama and not so much a classical horror movie to me. Maybe the marketing was a little off 🫠

A life WITH children would be a "bleak" nightmare for me. I've been watching my bestie with her 2 kids for 6ish years, and all i can say is a hearty "no thank you" 💀

A/E? - i didn't care about the combat at all (in general); did most of the high dragon fights completely underleveled (i think i beat the formless one at lvl 25 or something); i'd give an A for "it was easy enough to not frustrate me to tears on story difficulty"; i did enjoy them in DAI+DAO though;

Yeah, i have a few gripes with it (the combat is a big one >.<) but overall I'm just so glad it exists and we could return to Thedas one more time and find closure ❤️🤝

Well there is evidence that they had weapons that "focus the light of the deep fade" or something, so it's definitely possible, i think. Plus, there's this fortress in DAI that has like a.. fire-laser defense system? AND the Archon's palace has something like this as well. So good catch :D

1000% same. i liked ME1 well enough but i could never get into the lack of diverse environments and the shooter elements; never made it past the intro to ME3 - too much military shooter. the DA murder is just the cherry on top. no interest in ME5, no interest in the show. no money to EA.

my lukewarm? ME5 take is: i can appreciate that ME is a great story&means a lot to many ppl, but i will never love it as much as DA, and i'm still salty over the preferential treatment ME got over DA and the DA devs, and always will be, so i likely won't get it. also: not a cent to EA ever again.

A - yes, my first Inquisitor (dwarf) right on release romanced him because he was so much my type initially. i'm not mad about his false identity at all, but i lost interest when i discovered on later playthroughs that Solas was an option xD

Haha i remember the worst Tequila drinks at my standard bar. One was called a "rusty nail": a shot of Tequila, Sriracha sauce, chili oil, and cayenne pepper. Most people could not keep it down. I was most people xD
