There are lots of police dramas where the conclusion is pretty much “we’re all guilty” or at least implicated. Watcher especially, but also Beyond Evil and others. I’d say the movie Harbin suggests this strongly also.
But these all operate outside the rom com formula, so maybe they don’t count.

In Misaeng, the boss repeatedly pokes an attractive young woman employee in the forehead in front of the entire team explicitly to put her in her place.
Again, I don’t think it was really presented as normal or positive, but definitely as a thing that still might happen.

It’s a Three Stooges level of comedy, which I have never much liked.
The thing that truly shocked me in kdrama, though, was the first time I saw a manager discipline an employee by kicking them in the shin.
I had no idea what I was supposed to make of that. Was it normal, excessive, old school?

The one that puzzles me is Moonlovers aka Scarlet Hearts Ryeo (달의 연인 – 보보경심 려)
The first part makes sense but the second not at all. And they give up even trying to translate by the end!
Ryeo is just romanization for the last word!
