Started a brewery in '21 with no money. Salvaged old equipment and put it in an unsuitable building. Dug drains, plumbed things badly, caustic’d and electrocuted myself, blew stuff up and created fire. Eventually made beer. YouTube @fourpriestsbrewery

Proper! I recently discovered Bramwells brown sauce after a lifetime of HP snobbery and it’s now my default bacon accompaniment. Hope you enjoyed !

Sometimes. But I have Swiss visitors over in person today so kinda rude for me to no-show. And they may have brought fondue and I couldn't possibly miss that.
