Started a brewery in '21 with no money. Salvaged old equipment and put it in an unsuitable building. Dug drains, plumbed things badly, caustic’d and electrocuted myself, blew stuff up and created fire. Eventually made beer. YouTube @fourpriestsbrewery

A late Christmas present to myself. :)
With bit of TLC and the addition of some cooling, we will have a decent size conditioning tank (838 litres) to add to the line up.
But... I have NO idea how I'm going to fit it into the brewery.
