Not sure why this is so shocking. You win elections, you can do what you like with the money. Instead of complaining, we should start winning elections. Stealing money is part and parcel of winning. How is this so difficult to understand. Thats the only reason these folks run for office.

Because W agrees. He and Cheney were the first to push the unitary executive while they were lying to get this country into a war for oil. If W isn't in chains, I have no interest in what he has to say.

this will be a massive boon to apartment building owners. there will be very little difference in renting and owning. Charge lower monthly rent to make up for tax benefit and this would work. (something we will certainly consider).
