Methane is a powerful greenhouse gas - 80 times stronger than CO2 over the first 20 years. So this leak has possibly caused carbon pollution equal to about 1.8m tonnes.

Somehow The Greens need to better connect with those Australians who are concerned about these issues and who see that Labor is selling us short in these important areas.
