He is instantly enamored with the visuals, 2 cards in particular peak his attention. He learns that the next set is just weeks away and decides he'd like to try the game and if he likes it he'll pick up a starter deck when the new set drops.

@scryfall.com Unsure why, but within the last few hours some Avatar cards have seemingly started to be considered reprints/not new when searching for either 'first printing' or 'not reprints'
Screenshots are same search but with reprints removed and first 3 cards are all new cards that stop showing

Reze arc film was fantastic. Being a film didn't impact the pacing as much as I worried it might and let them go crazy with the animation at points. Hoping season 2 is on the way soon.
Also particular shoutout to the score, made some of the scenes really hit extra hard.

Tower is the poster child for boring card for me, but it being a land feels a bit cheap so i'll also throw in Git Probe. A card that doesn't really have many decisions related to it, even how it's cast, just fire that baby off.

He's a green boy primarily, does depend a bit who's drawing him thougn, sometimes they make him very green, others make him more green/brown/gold and then some people just do whatever they want...
