Okay. About 3½ weeks of increasing distraction from the diet. A bunch of travel, holiday, family, general life disruption, and antibiotics that made me nauseous if I didn't eat. Understandable reasons to slip. Now it's time to reassert my goals and start putting things back together. #WeightLoss
