The #StreetVendorReform package also includes: #Intro431 to lift decades-old, needlessly restrictive caps on permits, #Intro408 to form a division in the Dept. of Small Business Services to support vendors, and #Intro24 to amend the code on where vendors are permitted to work.

In September, @streetvendorproj.bsky.social celebrated the passage (despite Adams' veto) of #Intro47, which repeals criminal liability for street vendors — critical at a time where police and ICE are colluding to attack immigrant communities. But there's more needed for #StreetVendorReform!
