I’m wandering around Seattle Worldcon this weekend and had the opportunity this morning to attend a great workshop led by @jasonsanford.bsky.social called “Writing While Neurodiverse.” Really enjoyed it. Lots of great info.

I hope that I am never so jaded that driving my car onto a boat at sunset ceases to be amazing.

Maple Glade is my favorite place to visit at Lake Quinault (WA, USA). It is a nice, flat walk that leaves from the ranger station on the North Shore. The mossy trees are incredible.

I’m visiting the world’s largest Sitka Spruce next to Lake Quinault in WA state. It has a circumference of 58 feet, 11 inches, diameter of 18 feet, 9 inches and 191 feet tall for a total of 922 AFA points.

Only in Seattle - a window washer washing windows while it’s drizzling

Last week I went with friends to this newish bar above Kells in downtown Seattle called Karoo. It was built in the old chapel of a mortuary and the whole building is supposedly haunted. My smoked old fashioned was great, but I was more excited to finally see inside after walking past it for years.
