Gay geek bear near Minneapolis. He/him. Single, sorta looking. I write software. Hobbies include tabletop and video games, comic books, furry, 3D printing, scifi and fantasy, and ogling cute bears on the internet.
Opinions are mine and not my employer's.
He's understanding about it, but there's not much he can do. Maybe he can find me a closer office, or at least one with less asbestos.

Still don't have an ad hoc telework agreement after 6 months, and they're talking about consolidating me into another shared office. The deal just keeps getting worse. I contacted my senators about the idiocy of the RTO EO, but I doubt they'll be useful.

No idea what their problem is, then. I would've looked at you. :) I just would've been nervous about it, because I'm that way with everyone until we've spoken. Midwestern fear of bothering people, I guess.
Hope you get the attention you're looking for.

Often, we feel invisible because nobody lets us know they see us. It doesn't mean they don't, but it does still feel bad.

Look, I'll even date the dragon if that makes it easier.

I think the problem is that they could not make a mint by doing so, which is why we're stuck in this nightmare hellscape of ad networks and desperately trying to control how we consume... everything. They need our data to sell to us, and they need to sell to us to make money. We're money pinatas.

I turned feral a loooong time ago.

How can that entire article just take it on face value that this is suicide, especially when they bring up that he's not the only one who supposedly hog-tied himself to commit suicide?

Mostly, but I also slept until like noon.

Chronic. I have arthritis and spinal stenosis (www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...). It's been a problem for 3ish years, but has gotten worse lately.

Just took some Aleve and Tylenol, just waiting for it to kick in before I try to sleep again. Might need to take tomorrow off of work.

I just had my patio door replaced, and it brought me joy that I could open and close it without having to throw my considerable weight into it.

My mom and aunt would hit up garage sales to stock up on puzzles.

Absolutely. Without being more specific, in case of spoilers, they crossed a lot of lines most filmmakers would've shied away from.

It's sort of like they took the criticism about the first one being PG-13 and went, 'Ok, fine, let's see how hard an R we can get'.
