At least one of them is a young woman in a white blouse and black pedal-pushers, with white leather skates; on the left is a young man all in black. There may be others, though they might be just double exposures of the same two skaters. The ice is white and the background impossible to identify. Rockefeller Center ice rink? I dunno. The players and the title are stacked inbetween the skaters in a light orange font. Photo and design by Esmond Edwards, one of the unsung heroes of jazz.

LP cover - I think this is a famous bronze of a young girl dancing, but I can't place it. It's intentionally out of focus because she's nude. She's also waving some fabric in blue and in orange, and has some blonde hair, I guess? Superimposed over the photo is the title, in red, and the artists in yellow, with a three-quarter-inch band of yellow on the left with bold letters reading STEREOPHONIC, as was the custom at the time, the first years of stereo vinyl.
