Three days for me but I'm also off next week and am heading to the middle of nowhere with no connectivity. That's the real getaway.

I've done the ladder trail up Dorr mtn and loved it. Challenging but doable for an infrequent hiker like me.Bike riding on the carriage roads is fun.Earlier in the day is best.The penobscot narrows bridge observatory about an hour south in Prospect is a fun stop on the way to or from Acadia also.

Been in Maine for 14 of the last 17 (S Dakota for a three year stint in the middle). I love it here!

A lot of us have been there and it sucks and it's hard to see the light for sure. Focusing on the here and now and finding gratitude for even the smallest things in life has helped me. Hope you feel some relief soon.
