Fair comment and good point. I suggest this because those who trade on inside info will instantly be known. If there is an outright ban, those same dishonest ones will still profit by using friends/family. That said, if they really want to, either way they will still figure out a way to profit.

I still believe the best solution is to allow them to trade stocks, crypto, gold, funds, whatever, however, it can only be done through an approved broker who IMMEDIATELY makes those trades public.
