Yes. Retired federal employee who has endured multiple shutdowns in 30+ so I know no paychecks will be impacted for 2 weeks. Ive seen fed employees line up at food banks in first week to get free food even though they were getting full paycheck the following Friday.

It would take 2 weeks before anyones paycheck is impacted because of the way federal civilian pay periods and cycle to issue payments are structured. So we have time before that is an issue.
