I once had a professor who spent a year working at the National Security Council, across the presidencies of Clinton and Bush II. She told a story about how each prepared for meetings with Vladimir Putin. It might be instructive here. 1/5

If Congress had passed the Social Security Expansion Act just 4 years ago when it was 1st introduced, Musk would have paid $2.9 billion more in taxes. Social Security would be solvent for 75 years, benefits would have increased by $2,400 per recipient!

BREAKING: Republican Mike Sen. Crapo has blocked Sen. Sanders' Social Security Expansion Act from getting a vote.

The bill would have increased benefits across the board, raised cost of living adjustments, and extended the solvency of Social Security for 75 years.

The ongoing bloodbath at the Social Security Administration has only one goal: The total annihilation of Social Security by firing half of the work force and closing the field offices.

Wall Street billionaires want to destroy Social Security so they can give themselves trillions in tax handouts.
The Social Security Administration is telling employees internally via email that they will be undergoing a "restructuring," and offering voluntarily separation/optional retirement for everyone.
This is consistent with the proposed 50% reduction in staff that we reported yesterday.
