It requires a combo of patience and radical acceptance of someone radicalized. And you have to spend a lot of time and energy building trust with this person. It's not a process that can be mainstreamed like radicalization.

The more realistic, and not very, approach cannot be achieved over social media. It's developing trust with someone in person, and planting seeds of doubt in person. And that's risky because of how far-right radicalization works.

It also requires:
A. Republicans to Fuck Up!
B. This fuck up to make it into the person's news feeds!
C. Be able to see through the revisionist spin that this is indeed a Fuck Up.

The problem is this is a very personal process that a person has to be ready for to happen. This doesn't just happen all at once, it's the reality of people who live life with "Strong opinions loosely held." A lot of it is about being able to see the pattern.
