🧵Why is it imperative for the papacy to utilize Canon 915?

I’ve been working on this for a few weeks, but after a long reflection decided to not create a substack and haven’t established a writing forum, but will include image chunks of argument/article with alt text.

The logic is solid. Enjoy.

The only problem with fabrics like wool is they require basically an entire weekend dedicated to cleaning them when you make a large consignment run.

Time to dig out the wool wash & cover every surface in pullovers & cardigans.

Thankfully two still had dryclean tags. Washing Angora or silk is 😖

nuzzi / lizza misconduct imo enabled the destruction of so much public health & scientific research — and a resurgence in measles in the US. this is not petty tabloid gossip or inside baseball. that they went undetected or were rewarded while great reporters were laid off? it’s a huge system failure

It was only a failure if you assume they ever had good intentions. If you assume they intended to destroy the federal government from within, they succeeded.

We’ll be dealing with the results of this monumental breach of the federal government for many years to come.
This point needs to be made and frequently.

“Most people you’ll meet in your life, I told her, will have no comprehension of how our country was founded.”

If I knew this when I was younger it would have saved me immense amounts of frustration, but instead I emerged into a country I still don’t understand and doubt I ever will.

The sharp decline in US teenagers’ aspiration to get married and have kids…

…is happening almost entirely among girls, not boys.

At some point maybe men will start trying harder to understand that.

When everything is horrific take enjoyment in the simple pleasures. Like a bacon, candied pecan, cranberry, & cosmiccrisp apple salad using four kinds of tomatoes and smokey Muenster on micro greens and baby romaine.

Salads are a sad affair. They begin beautiful, but for there to be cohesion… chaos

This is Zelensky putting pressure on Trump. He knows Ukrainians don't want to surrender. He's talking to all Americans across the political spectrum who support Ukraine, love freedom, and hate surrender. He's telling them: "you can't allow Trump to align the US with Ru against Europe". Let's see.
NEW: Brutal to watch Zelensky address his nation just now. On the brink of being abandoned by the US.

"Right now is one of the most difficult moments in our history. At this moment, Ukraine may face a very hard choice: either the loss of dignity, or the risk of losing a key partner."

There is something about smoking a cigarette while eating a crisp apple that can’t be matched by any other flavors. It’s a comfort taste in a way that nothing else is and I’ll never be able to explain it.

This bubbles should have never been filled this much. Let it burst. Techbros need to have their toys taken away until they can be responsible.
AOC: Should this AI bubble pop, we should not be entertaining a bailout of these corporations while healthcare is being denied to Americans and SNAP is being denied to Americans —

yeah. it sounds ghoulish but “the content must flow, i don’t care if he is rewarding someone who had my colleague bone-saw’d” is literally accurate
they're not reporters, really, they're paparazzi. the most famous man who has ever lived is making a clown of himself, they're not going to interrupt him, it's great content
I’ve been thinking and it’s kind of exceptional that not a single person said “Hey now” after the piggy comment.

The mind boggles.

I think we lost something when way fewer people online as a proportion of the whole started to have direct personal experience of moderating a forum or online community - though at least Reddit still exists
I can really tell you didn’t grow up on Internet forums if you’re shocked and indignant about “sometimes even human moderators make capricious and inscrutable decisions that you don’t like”
