Was probably 9 when I first learned the term "furry".

Been huge into it since stories I read about anthropomorphic animals in my preschool days. Wasn't until late into my preteen years that I learned the term, since furries weren't too common back then, but I immediately identified with it. 16 years I've officially been in the fandom!
