We are planning to add an additional 60 seats (one railcar) over some of these periods. There are a whole lot of building restriction on *form* (not on safety) that constrain the development of housing away from something like the point-access blocks of Basel, and towards single-family homes that create sprawl, traffic, and alienation.

My position is that we build public housing AND should be upzoning entire neighborhoods - single-family homes should not be in cities - to spur new home growth

Given the data, we got here by *not* been letting the market decide. We've restricted the ability to build anything but single family homes
