They are very well paid to have a coherent plan and yet I have no confidence that they have any idea what to do next. Options v limited in truth. No one good will be available or will want to come. Likely they will stick with him until It’s too late

The test will be in whether he can effect an improvement in tactics and performance. If not then self evidently he is/was the wrong man for this task. His philosophy seems pretty rigid. I’d rather someone who had a bespoke plan for each game rather than 2 modes .

I was at the game. It was the complete lack of energy or much of a tactical plan that was so depressing. Brighton were excellent. But they played up to their level. We were nowhere near our level and pressurised into making repeated mistakes - if we repeat this much we’ve had it.

Kelly Jones (Leeds fan of course) did the best acoustic cover version probably of any song I’ve ever heard. It’s on YouTube- I think it was on radio2 and it’s still bring tears for some reason. Hang on, I’ll find it.

The problem is not any legal presumption. It makes a little difference in of itself in a system based on evidence and proof of facts It is the deliberate and chronic under funding of the system which occasionally leads to wrong outcomes.

You could try paying them properly and reinstating public funding for Private law children cases. Plenty of litigant have to represent themselves. The legal aid rates when applicable or appalling. Judges are overwhelmed with clueless litigant in person not knowing what is relevant and what is not.
