I loved visiting Seattle 15 years ago with my wife. I wonder what it is like now, in all seriousness, without what the media and politicians say.

This was a great book to read that was graciously open access from the University of Oxford Press. Enjoyable read with many philosophers and theorists detailing major issues with just focusing on Western canon. Recommend!

I liked this book at first. Interesting diary structure. But it got boring after a while with its claustrophobic internal dialogue and borderline self-aggrandizing of academic references. I feel bad not giving it a lukewarm recommendation at least, but I ultimately wouldn't recommend it.
