In addition to the endorsement of the Global Charter by Korea, Ghana, and Cameroon at #OurOcean2025, Panama pledged to publish the ownership of fishing vessels.

This key commitment, aligned with Principle 3 of the Global Charter, will make Panama’s fleet more accountable.
