Been working on a game in PICO-8 for a jam where you deliver letters found across the map with limited steps. I've got 16 rooms laid out and just over half finished with increasingly complex stuff going on, it's been REALLY fun to work on! #gamedev

Apparently Walgreens thinks October 20th is a Sunday? As a dev I'm honestly baffled how this happened. I've checked my calendar four times to confirm it is actually Monday.

Coincidentally I wrote about the 1992 video game Recca the other night while watching the 1992 movie This is My Life starring Julie Kavner, Samantha Mathis, Gaby Hoffman, and Carrie Fisher. It was quite good too!
I think the parallels between the two are limited to their year of release though.
