So many of my coworkers are out of work now. This layoff has been horrendous. All these people were the best at their jobs too, it was completely a senseless massacre.

I have an awesome view from my office window. Not only is my tree in the front yard blooming, but carpenter bees are buzzing around. (I know thry do damage to wood, but i love their little fat bodies, so stinking cute)

Stupid vent rant. Fiancée is like "we need more masion jars if you are gonna be so picky about using them" but like we had more, you said to get rid of them before we moved... and not my fault that after we pickle things in them they smell like garlic and vinegar and that seaps into my oats

Sometimes i see a dark blanket on the ground and my brain for some reason thinks my old family dog is there. She may have been dead for a good 15 years now... but i guess it's my brains way of remembering her.
