The VP was always meant to be the second runner up. The idea was then you’d have 2 different parties at the exec level.

I don’t know if can just yet. I’m a recovering republican coming over. While I’m familiar with Hogg I haven’t dug into all the going’s on of the DNC. Working on it and learning.
