After reviewing all documents relied upon by Sex Matters the Peggie judgement was clear:

“There is very far from sufficient reliable evidence to establish as a fact that a trans woman… is a greater risk… within a changing room environment.”

The Tribunal’s findings on Sex Matters and Forstater are crystal clear:

• Not skilled evidence
• Not expert
• Not impartial
• Not reliable
• Polemic rather than evidence
• Material that could not support findings of fact

So why are UK news media & politicians listening to them!!??

Just like every book published in Scotland can be found in the National Library, that’s what it’s for.

Her colonialist attitude doesn’t accept (or understand) that Scotland, as a nation has a National Library, just as England has the British Library, and the US has the Library of Congress.

I don’t see any other way. The rise of English Nationalism in the form of Reform seems to make this ever more critical.

The only way this will happen is for the U.K. itself to cease and for its component nations to rejoin. The U.K. isn’t a reasonable member, driven by so much colonial baggage and boosterism.

So much of the battery back up could be in domestic homes, apartment blocks and industrial sites. There isn’t much need for separate, centralised battery back up as the industry would claim.
