Food for thought for the time being 😄

I'll be curious about how you want tackle consistency for comments. Diff algorithms have parameters that can be chosen by the end-user. So, we've wondered how to give power to the users while also having a consistent view 🧐

Currently, there is a data model for reviews, but it's been more of a light-PoC, and definitely needs more thought.
That's where linking in with Flirt would really help!
Radicle is also extensible, so there could be a Flirt specific COB (Collaborative Object).

Hey 😊
I'm one of the maintainers on @radicle.xyz, and came across your blog. It's super interesting and quite the undertaking – love to see it 😍
It would be great to explore how Flirt could work with Radicle. We've thought about some of these problems in the past too – without any solutions (yet!)

Not an ez problem :')

Can't even imagine doing it without a type system :P

But at the same time, I'd totally understand if you didn't want to look into it because of where the funding comes from.. it'd just be a real shame 😇

Fwiw, I work on Radicle (author of the above post :)) and I reserve my own skepticism about the blockchain ecosystem.

That being said, there is no intention to ever require anything blockchain related for the Radicle protocol.

We strive to stick to Git and build a local-first experience :)

Looking forward to hearing about their reply, or the lack-thereof

Yo 👋 There's an multiset example here app.radicle.xyz/nodes/ash.ra...

Sorry we weren't too vocal about this feature. We want people to use it, but at the same time, are cautious about its stability 😄

I think I found the reason:

"When a computer system deletes information, electrons in the computer’s chips go from known paths to unknown ones. Those discarded electrons are effectively lost, and their energy bleeds off as heat."

How Can AI Researchers Save Energy? By Going Backward. | Quanta Magazine
Reversible programs run backward as easily as they run forward, saving energy in theory. After decades of research, they may soon power AI.

And the next layer out would be my digital village. The people that are living their lives in my immediate surrounding area – call it a town, a village, a kiez, and borough, etc.

I want to see what I can do to take part in my surrounding area, and what cool things people are up to.

I should really have a focus on my inner circle, while occasionally breaking out into the wider net to get some information.

I want to be able to build and share data, small tools and things with my digital commune.
