After a long several hours of delays, I am finally made it home. I had the best week with my parents and I am glad to be home.

Today at work, I facilitated a water balloon fight and we made ice cream sundaes (twice since I’m a therapist at two residential homes). I love what I do. I love my patients. I love my job. I’m so grateful for Icarus.

Tonight, I crossed something off my bucket list. I saw Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal in concert. For those of you know me, you know Rent was my obsession. It also kinda saved my life. I’ve been dying to see Adam live since I was seventeen.

Ain’t Too Proud at Popejoy
Four years ago, I moved to New Mexico. I stand by that this is the best decision I have ever made. I have created the best life out here and am so incredibly happy. I am so grateful for the last four years. I feel so lucky to live the life I live. I cannot wait for the next year of adventures.

I got my badge this week. I love being a therapist. This new job has been an adventure so far. I’m running two houses of people who struggle with addiction and mental health. I provide individual therapy to each one them. I also deal with crises and all the in between.

Happy World Theatre Day! I am grateful to live in a city with so much theatre. I love seeing plays and musicals all the time. I’m also grateful for my improv group Left on Read. I am also grateful for my dinner detective. I’m lucky to have made many friends in the arts community here in New Mexico.
