I don't see this movie discussed much and it's a real shame. A really creative parody of old detective movies mixed with Lovecraftian lore. Honestly would love to see a remake of it, a world in which everyone is into the ocult is such a fun concept

#Nowwatching #Annette Bizzare but captivating story with clear themes that shine through the madness. Sadly the very to the point and repetitive dialogues hurt the music, the best song is at the very end of the film, cause the more complex lyrics allowed it to build up

This was equally boring and fascinating. It has that Night of the Lepus problem of trying to make a cute animal scary only with no effort put in. Just 300 frogs, shirtless Sam Elliott and that's it.
