First option is product- specific level, second one total specific level. It describes what kind of benefits you get. With product-specific - level you get discounts based on products you buy the most. Third and last does not collect data about your shoppings.

Why doesn’t the user need to be informed or asked consent for about tracking code for ‘sponsored’ search engine results that are set when the user clicks on a link?

DuckDuckGo's email protection report. Removes tracker's from emails. I argue that it's privacy thread, because you cannot really object them. Just unsubscribe sender's emails.
