I applaud efforts to save species, even as hundreds / thousands go extinct. Excellent boost to #education, #biodiversity & public #awareness. More would be saved if we prioritised harmony with, not destruction of, the natural #environment www.bbc.com/news/article...

![With the election of the trump administration and its policies as embodied by Project 2025, we authors have deep concerns about how our publishers will be operating and how publishers will advocate for and protect authors.
