My goal was to waste their time and rile them up so they wouldn't be able to do this to another person. I think we should all randomly call this number and just talk to them, play dumb, and waste their time to really hit their efficiency and protect innocent people who will fall for this.

In order to refund the "charge", they wanted me to install screen sharing software, which I did. I watched the operator move around the screen, closing windows, and attempting to blank my screen so I wouldn't be able to watch what he was doing (it didn't work for some reason).

Sad.

This is hard to fathom.
