A tragic and deeply concerning incident has emerged in Cyprus. A 24-year-old Pakistani migrant was allegedly shot and killed, with initial forensic reports dismissing the case as non-criminal, attributing the wound to a "small rock".

Cyprus, along with its allies from the EU, has been pushing hard for the past year to designate some parts of Syria as safe - in order to return refugees back to their countries. Now that the conflict is enhancing, imagine if this was actually implemented.
