oh my gosh is it true? I am finally going to be OPEN FOR COMMS ON 3/17! TLDR I'm opening on the 17th, rates are $10 USD for 500 words with a $15 surcharge, the surcharge will increase after that, it is not first come first served and I will be opening 6-8 comm slots. More detail in image!
