Over on Twitter I’m watching Big4 fans arguing over their record against #safc like we are Barcelona.

@philsmithreporter.bsky.social wondering if you can help me out - do you know how I can get hold of an old photo from the Echo back when SAFC left Roker Park? There was a big spread and a photo of me with my mate in a kilt. I used to have the putting but it’s lost now. Does the Echo have archives?

Obviously didn’t do much “preparation”. Anyone who saw the first 20 mins at Man Utd knew we’d be going five at the back? #safc
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has admitted RLB caught him off guard with selection & tactics at Stamford Bridge.

After team news was revealed, Maresca had to tell his players in dressing room to put their #SAFC preparation 'in the rubbish'.

So when you’re looking at other EPL fixtures today who are we supposed to be hoping wins? Is it top 6 teams like ManCity so it builds up a buffer between #safc and the teams we expected to be our rivals, or is it teams like Villa because we want them to be beating our top 6 rivals?!

FFS this is mad

So Coventry currently having the season we had last year. Luckily #safc aren’t having the season I thought we’d have this season, so the household is harmonious! Grimes tops AND Le Fee tops getting a good airing this year.

Another great pod. I really enjoy hearing from fans of other teams about their clubs. I always look for the other podcast to see if Graeme is on, and he never seems to be?!

Read this. If you are white, read it and recognise our privilege. If you are not white read it and know you have friends and we will stand for you. Read this and think about the micro-things that we can do to stop this vile plague. This is not England.

Good performance that. Delighted with a point, and the possession and resilience. We matched a decent team. We’ll need a few more 0-0s away from home like that this season I think. #safc #cpfc

Two thoughts:

1. We have scored in injury time in our last three home games.

2. All our Premier League scorers were with us in the championship.

he realized he was cooked if he kept this up. he absolutely tarnished his reputation and is now in the groveling on his hands and knees stage

Kind of appalling - what's been happening behind the scenes in Parliament with rival amendments to decriminalise abortion. 🧵
Farage and the US Religious Right are celebrating policy wins here - and there's been a huge rise in prosecutions for abortion.

Brilliant from Copley. This is my club. #safc
Yesterday was generational, brilliant and moving. I have tried to encapsulate the weekend here - and what it meant to me, you, our forefathers and this city.

I would really appreciate your eyes and time as I was up until 2am writing it.
