Posted something similar last season and again first half of this one, but to me the clearest indication you need to stick with Ange and give him the tools to succeed is the reality that Spurs have scored the second most goals w/o a top 10 goal scorer.

I've been slightly obsessed with the impact of recovery days between games across the PL this season. This data is only really 'surface level' and doesn't take into account strength of oppo, whether you play home-Home, home-away etc but is illustrative.

No chelsea built up pressure because the ref let them. Soft fouls to get them out of danger. Letting them kick us and drag us down all over the park without giving fouls.
Chelsea took over in the second half, whereas whatever the scoreline, we never look as if we can control a game, so the ball keeps coming back at us. Second best again yet as Thursday we concede because of our mental fragility. Pressure makes the mind go wonky - what were Biss and Sarr thinking?

Sympathetic to yesterday's team given we're on our arse for injuries. But in the summer, there was serious concern that a squad that barely managed 41 games would struggle with 50+, and on 1st December we've got 7 players who have never started a PL game on the bench.
