After being made redundant from my role back in October this is a heartening indication of the lasting impacts of my work and an insight for anyone wishing to take on a dynamic powerhouse of a colleague into their leadership team.

Day 1 of the sparkler themed #tasting. Gravity is clearly ahead yet everyone is different. That’s always a prominent aspect of Discovery Bar tastings. There are no wrong answers, only personal preferences. The Discovery Bar exists to help people hone or figure out what their preferences are.

Spent yesterday at Dachau. It was emotionally brutalising. Half of it I was in tears, the other half numb. Deeply saddened beyond comprehension at humanity’s capacity for sadism and industrialised evil.
